Q. Why do your products all have a fiber reinforced hole?
A. The fiber reinforced glued patch increases the strength of the tag hole and it is 100% softwood Kraft fiber. A string or wire can be inserted and will not pull through the hole. It is not just the thickness of the tag that is critical but the strength of the patch. This allows the tag to hold under great pressure and is on every one of our tag products. For even greater strength we can reinforce the hole with a metal eyelet. It is the most economical form of tag design and the strength is self evident.
 
Q. What is the minimum amount of tags we can order?
A. Orders of one thousand to millions are possible.
 
Q. How many tags are in a box?
A. All boxes have 1000 individual tags per box.

A. Yes we have volume discounts and you can order through our website or you can email  or call us for instant pricing.
 
Q. What kind of Tag products and services does Atlas Tag offer?
A. We have dozens of colors, including fluorescent and tyvek tags. We also can provide attachments such as strings: fiber, plastic, elastic or 12 inch wires.
 
Q. What is the turn around time on a tag order?
A. Plain tags are shipped within 24 hours and printed in a few weeks.

Q. How many colors of ink can Atlas Tag do?
A. We can print one or two colors on each side of the tag. The actual color is optional.

Q. What are Atlas Tags business hours?
A. Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

A. Yes, our web site has a wide range of pre-printed tags for instant shipping.

Q. Is there any charge for color plates?
A. Yes, we do charge for plates. Plate charges are $39.95 per color, per side. Repeat orders do not have plate charges (the previous plates are saved and reused with your repeat order).

Q. Do you provide design services for your tags?
A. Atlas Tag does not provide artwork design services, but you can upload your own artwork.

Q. What are your artwork requirements?
A. We accept PDF, EPS, TIFF and most Office formats
